Warmest greetings from Zion Lutheran Church in Cohocton, New York. We’re a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and have been serving our Lord Jesus Christ in central / western New York State since 1869. We’ve been growing in Christ in numbers and in new activities, both fellowship and community service.
These pages highlight aspects of our rich history, and how we’re planning new ways to serve our parishioners and the Cohocton area community. It’s an exciting time to become a part of our church community!
Click on the various button bars at right to learn more about our congregation, its history, present and future. We’re a growing, friendly congregation, and if you’re located in the area or plan on visiting, we’d be delighted if you would drop by and worship with us.
We are fully handicap accessible and are equipped with a sound system for worship.
Sunday mornings at 10:00am.
We are meet on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month.
This summer Rev. Laurie Carson will be leading us in worship.
We hope that you join us at worship!
We are sorry that we could not share in our 2020 All-Saints’ Candlelight Vespers Service with everyone. Here are a few highlights of the service.
